Service Accessibility: Police IL, strategic design, MA students, Fall-Winter 2015/2016.
A strategic design studio, held in collaboration with the Israel Police, aimed at rethinking their citizen facing services. Students began by assaying a range of performative criteria surrounding police services alongside ethnographic responses to personal security concerns. Student teams then engaged in the conception of new service scenarios and service ideation, focused on improving police transparency, user reporting and new hybrid civil-police services.
